OUR VISION
To expand territory through developing systems and empowering the people.
1. SOUL WINNING AND ESTABLISH NEW CIRCUITS
•Organize and run revival crusades in new free state towns.
•Provide a care service for the newly established circuit
•Build new circuit with all systems in place
•Empower the work of RMT
2. DISCOVER NEW SKILL AND DEVELOP
•(Create job opportunities get someone and send him to school e.g. bricklayer, fashion designing)
•Build a database of graduates
•Develop a program for musicians in the church
3. LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION TRAINING
•Improve administration system
•Organise administration training
•Organise leadership trainings and inductions
4. ENTREPRENEURIAL AND BUSINESS SKILL DEVELOPMENT
•Organise business and entrepreneurship seminars
•Encourage entrepreneurship and job creation among our young people
5.SET UP EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS
•Setting up standards e.g. Conference hosting standards specifically for hosts
•Setting up comprehensive administration systems relevant for today.
